What got you started in the fitness industry/bodybuilding?

I have always been an athlete growing up. I played football, basketball, ran track and baseball. I also competed in MMA and went 6-2. I always try to stay active to stay in shape.

Where does your motivation come from?

My motivation comes from the fear of being mediocre, or blending in with everyone else. I like to stick out of the crowd and have always been a leader.

What does your typical weekly workout plan look like?

I workout at least 5 days a week, concentrating on one/two body parts a day. I try to do cardio 3 times a week on the stair stepper for 15-20 minutes.

What is your favourite bodypart to train?

My favorite body part to train is shoulders. Nothing like walking out of the gym with a good pump from my shoulder workout!

What is your favourite EHPlabs product and why?

My favorite product would have to be the OxyWhey lean protein. It tastes amazing and has everything I look for in a good lean protein to help my muscles recover and grow.

What are your thoughts on cardio? Do you prefer HIT or LISS?

I definitely prefer HIT. For one, it burns calories faster and with my busy schedule it helps me get it done quicker.

If you could choose to have a superpower, what would you choose?

That’s a hard one, but I definitely would love to fly. I would just fly to expo to expo and gym to gym! Lol.

What 3 items from your gym bag would you take with you on a deserted island?

My Beats, Workout Belt, and EHPLabs supplements.

What advice would you pass onto anyone that was looking to start their fitness journey and use supplements?

To stay positive and don't let any of these haters bring you down. Everyone wants to criticize these days but doesn't wanna help anyone out. Do as much research and you can. Knowledge is power.

¬In a typical week, what’s your diet like?

I eat 5-6 meals a day every 3/4 hours depending on how I feel. I eat a lot of fish, chicken, and steak and for carbs I take in a lot of white rice, brown rice and sweet potatoes.
