What got started in the fitness industry/bodybuilding?


I’ve always been a huge fan of fitness and living healthy, but it wasn't until about a year ago where I made the decision to make this my career.


Health is the most important factor in life, without it nothing matters. Fitness has become a passion, an addiction. With something so beneficial to your life, how can you not want more?!


I’ve realized that to be successful you must do something that you truly love, and this is definitely it for me.


Where does your motivation come from?


My son. Everything I do, I do for him. I want to be a good role model, but most importantly I want to be able to give him a good and happy life. That right there is all the motivation I need.


What does your typical weekly workout plan look like?


Monday - Chest/Biceps/Abs
Tuesday - Quads/Calves
Wednesday - Back/Shoulders/Triceps
Thursday - Rest Day
Friday - Hamstrings/Calves/Gluteus
Saturday - Open (Whatever I feel like training that day)
Sunday - Rest Day


What is your favorite body part to train?


That’s a great questions.. Actually it all depends on mood, but its usually between my back or legs. Those are my two favorites.


What is your favorite EHPlabs product and why?


My favorite EHPLabs product is BEYOND BCAA Paradise Fruits!! The flavor is absolutely amazing. You could almost say that I’m slightly hooked on it.


What are your thoughts on cardio? Do you prefer HIT or LISS?


They both work very well. HIT is definitely a great time-efficient way to train, but if you do it, you have to do it right! Doing HIT correctly requires a high pain threshold, and it is very easy to overtrain. Personally I prefer LISS. You can do LISS quite frequently without too great of a risk of burning muscle.


If you could choose to have a superpower, what would you choose?


Healing Powers!! Not only to be able to heal myself when needed but also to be able to heal others.


What 3 items from your gym bag would you take with you on a deserted island?


My OXYShred, Resistance Bands and my Rumble Roller Beastie.


What superhero best describes you?


(A female version of) BATMAN!! (not catwoman, even though I could rock that outfit all day lol)


Batman has no supernatural powers, but he makes great use of his intellect, detective skills, technology and physical powers. He’s a devoted believer in right and justice, with a touch of darkness that makes him a bit mysterious. Not to mention, I could totally see myself riding in that batmobile.


What advice would you pass onto anyone that was looking to start their fitness journey and use supplements?


I would say that the first thing you must do is set a realistic goal! Many people start off with unrealistic goals and eventually run out of enthusiasm. Start small, make small accomplishments and build on your progress. Great results take time, patience and consistency. Envision what you want to accomplish and DON’T STOP!


As far as supplements, I recommend to take it slow. All you really need in the beginning is a good multi vitamin, a pre work-out or thermogenic (EHPLabs OxyShred Melon is my personal favorite), BCAA’s (I recommend EHPLabs Beyond BCAA Paradise Fruits), and Protein (EHPLabs Oxy Whey Lean Protein)


In a typical week, what’s your diet like?


I eat very clean and healthy and only have a cheat meal once every two weeks. A balanced diet is required to help build muscle and provide energy. Mine consists of 6 meals per day, two of them being protein shakes. The rest are small portion meals, usually a combination of egg whites, boiled or grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, and asparagus or broccoli. I love almonds for snacking.
