What got started in the fitness industry/bodybuilding?
I simply fell in love with the way it made me feel and I wanted to see how far I could push my body. I was addicted to the progress!
Where does your motivation come from?
Showing my clients that I practice what I preach. Also, my drive to be the best in the sport/industry.
What does your typical weekly workout plan look like?
Weight training - 5 days a week, hitting each body part twice. High volume training. Cardio - 3 or 4 times a week.
What is your favourite bodypart to train?
Shoulders, chest and triceps.

What are your thoughts on cardio? Do you prefer HIT or LISS?
Cardio is your foundation to fitness, because you have to keep your heart healthy. I prefer the intensity of HIT training.
If you could choose to have a superpower, what would you choose?
My superpower would be mind-reading. Why? Why not! It’s the best super power!
What 3 items from your gym bag would you take with you on a deserted island?
Cell phone, wrist straps (I have wrist problems) and my signature hat.
What superhero best describes you?
Spiderman, because it way my favorite outfit to wear as a kid.
What advice would you pass onto anyone that was looking to start their fitness journey and use supplements?
All it takes is the want to start. After that it will take dedication, patience, and time. As far as supplements, define your goal to support the supplements. Do you research and choose a high quality brand like EHPlabs.
