1) Why should I have OxyShred first thing in the morning on an empty stomach?

OxyShred contains specific ingredients that work best when consumed on an empty stomach. The ingredients help to slow down calorie absorption, lower insulin levels and kick start your metabolism for the day. Decreasing insulin levels allows the body to reduce fat storage and calorie absorption, and to curb those evil sugar cravings. The ingredients that play leading roles in reducing calorie absorption are: Green coffee bean extract and grapefruit seed extract.

Chlorogenic acid is the main ingredient in green coffee bean extract which is a natural acid very similar to citrus fruits that helps with weight loss. Grapefruit seed extract also assists with weight loss as it has a fat-burning enzyme that helps to reduce the starch and sugar in the body.

Raspberry ketones, Acetyl L-Carnitine and Wild African Mango are ingredients that help break down fat and boost the metabolism, allowing your body to be in fat burning mode all day. Raspberry Ketones are the aromatic component found in raspberries and other fruits that increases a specific protein in the body that helps regulate your metabolism. 2) Why shouldn't I consume OxyShred after 5pm?

Can you sleep shortly after you drink a coffee? Some people (Superhumans), are able to consume a coffee after 5pm with the caffeine having little to no affect on them (which is both a bonus and a burden)! Other people who sip a late latte spend the night tossing and turning. OxyShred is much the same.

How sensitive your body is to caffeine determines how late in the day to take Oxyshred. Perhaps start with half a scoop first thing in the morning and judge how your body reacts to the product. Eventually a full scoop in the morning should start your day with a positive kick.

3) Why do you have to wait 20 minutes after taking OXYSHRED before you can eat anything?

OxyShred works best when no food or protein shakes are consumed within 20 minutes after as it gives OxyShred time to be absorbed by the body. If food is eaten immediately after, it may slow down or neutralize the active ingredients that are carefully formulated to assist in fat loss.

4) I can’t find my scoop?!

We wouldn’t leave you deprived of a scoop - we promise!! Trust me theres a scoop in there, have another look. With transportation of the products from our factory, to our warehouse and then out to you, the scoop somehow finds its way to the bottom of the container.

A simple trick is to place a dry fork inside the powder and move it around until you hit the scoop.

5) Is stacking OxyShred safe?
